Please note that while every effort is made to adhere to this schedule, we ask you to visit the Calendar page for the most current information and to verify specific services on particular days.
Orientation for Newcomers
Orientation is offered from 9 to 10 AM on the first Sunday of every month. If you are new to Zen practice, or new to the Center, please come and take advantage of the opportunity for an introduction to practice at the NC Zen Center.
Other meditation sessions and events are occasionally scheduled, including work weekends, weekend retreats, and week-long retreats. Because the scheduling of these events is subject to change, we suggest you check our Calendar page from time to time to find information on upcoming events. You can also find information on upcoming events in the most recent Kaihan.
The zendo is always available for individual quiet sitting. If you wish to come and sit quietly in a peaceful, meditative atmosphere, you will find the door open.
